Where trusted third-party providers are used to deliver our services, we undertake reasonable due diligence to ensure they maintain appropriate security and data protection standards.

We maintain internal processes for identifying, investigating and responding to security incidents. Where required by law, affected parties and relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. 

Employee Responsibilities 

Access to customer information is restricted to authorised personnel who require it to perform their duties. Employees and authorised contractors are expected to follow internal security policies and confidentiality obligations.
